Some of my friends, while visiting San Francisco, walked into this store and immediatly were all like "MANDY WOULD LOVE THIS STORE!"
They were right. I want everything they've got! The jewelry, the accessories, the art, the taxidermy items, the home decor...ALL OF IT. I think I will have to make a special trip to San Fran just to have a look!

My Apologies...
So I know its been FOREVER and a HALF....but shit's been hectic around here. Saturday I will officially have my undergraduate degree though! I know its been a while...but no worries...I have been dressing cute! Not having a photographer has made it difficult to post here though. I have been trying to get some photobooth shots, but they just don't capture the whole look. Anyways....there are a few things I've been drooling over for the past few days that I feel obligated to share.

Flowing Florals
And its finally warm again. Yay for summer! Well I guess its not quite summer....seeing as I have two more weeks of fiery hell and the one not-so-bad-week until graduation! THEN SUMMER!
then law school. excellent.
ANNNYWAYS.... summer means florals are back...and usually I'm not a huge fan of floral print, but this UNIF flowy top on Nasty Gal caught my eye big time. The cut with the long tail and draping open sleeves is ADORABLE.
This is summer music festival wear if i ever saw it! I might just have to pick this up before Lollapalooza and pair it with some cut-offs and sturdy boots.

OMG PROM!
Wow. What a night....so my friend had a Prom themed birthday party Friday night. Needless to say, it was awesome. Everyone had a totally different style. I, of course, wore something ridiculous, but i figured if i had gone to my prom...it would have been in something either extra silly and Gaga like this....or something black and sexy. Here's a snapshot of my make up and a glimpse of the most amazing dress ever...that I have been trying to find an occasion to wear for about 5 years now.
Yes, it is a Hello Kitty baby doll dress. I LOVE the poofy sleeves. This dress makes me feel like a cupcake. The scary thing about this dress is how it is my size. This dress is made to fit an adult, not a child. There is no label, so I am assuming it was custom made either for a funny costume...or someone with a child fetish...EITHER way. I rocked it as a costume, and it was a great success. I'll update with some better pics soon!
Here's another pic with my girl, Ellie. She rocked the 90's prom look with a touch of goth. I probably don't need to tell you her two favorite movies are Clueless and Empire Records. Notice the 90's butterfly clips, choker and spaghetti strapped velvet gown paired with combat boots and my new favorite lipstick by MAC called Cyber.

Runaways!
I can't stop looking at this on Nasty Gal.
I want it so bad. I feel ENTITLED to it.
These billowy vintage style sleeve are amazing...not to mention the sexy open back contrasting with the thin strand detail. LOVE IT!
Think this is a good graduation dress? Paired with black suede Jeffrey Campbell Lita's, of course.
My only concern is that the sleeves may be longer than the gown sleeves....Maybe its a better go-to-dinner-after-graduation-then-party type dress. Yeah?
